Notes on delivery times

The delivery times indicated with the products correspond to the current delivery times, which we get announced by the respective manufacturer. We are Always strive to comply with these times,however, delays may occur in individual cases, e.g. due to an extended production process, an increased order situation or unforeseeable situations in the shipping process.

Please also note that the delivery time may vary depending on the choice of payment method (e.g. shipping when paying in advance only after receipt of payment). Likewise, we ask you to consider that orders can only be processed during our regular business hours.

For the shipping method "Transferred to the place of use" is due to a deviating shipping route always with an extended delivery time of up to 10 working days to be expected.

If you want to be sure that the safe can be delivered in the specified period, please just contact us personally, and we will be happy to tell you the current delivery time.

The safe is delivered to the front door or the first obstacle and must be brought to the place of use itself

The safes you order will be transported by a qualified partner freight forwarder to the installation site of your choice. If desired, professional anchoring is also possible for an additional charge (see point 3).

The prices include a 30-minute flat rate for a 2-man team. Additional working time required will be charged at CHF 89 per 30 minutes or part thereof. Any additional work required (lifting equipment, supports) will be charged separately.

Please note that additional costs may be incurred for transport to the place of use and assembly. Please fill out the transportation questionnaire and send it to us. In this way we can already better estimate any costs that may be incurred.

We will do our best to clarify in advance whether a stair armor must be used for delivery by the shipping company. Unfortunately, this is not always 100% possible. We recommend that you describe the transportation route in the building in as much detail as possible using our transport questionnaire.

Declaration of conformity (certificate of professional assembly of the safe):
Can be issued only if:
  • the safe is anchored by our partner shipping company
  • the local conditions allow this
  • the safe can be anchored according to the manufacturer's specifications
For most products, this requires anchoring in a concrete wall / concrete ceiling. It is not possible to issue this declaration of conformity retrospectively. We recommend prior clarification with the help of our transport questionnaire.

More information about the delivery:

  • Unless otherwise stated in the article description, the delivery of the goods in Switzerland will take place within 5 - 28 days after order confirmation (in case of agreed prepayment, after the date of your payment instruction).
  • There is generally no delivery on Sundays and public holidays
  • If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will ship the goods in one shipment, unless we have made other arrangements with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time that you have ordered.

Please note:

  • The safe weight must not exceed the maximum static weight of the installation site.
  • The ordered safe must not be wider than the narrowest part of the transport route
    Note: The safe dimensions given do not include any protruding fittings and packaging material! Therefore, always plan more space for the transport route.
  • For a better handling of the transport order it is recommended to, fill out the transportation questionnaire and to send it to us.
  • Please don´t forget to note down you phone number, therefore the Freight forwarding can inform you about your Delivery date.
  • We recommend that our partner forwarding agents with specially trained personnel carry out the transport and assembly. This is the only way to prevent damage occurring during transport or the safe simply being transported away in the event of a break-in due to improper anchoring.
  • Please note that an authorised declaration of conformity can only be issued if the local conditions permit manufacturer-compliant anchoring. For most products, this requires anchoring in a concrete wall.

Note: We work exclusively with reputable specialized carriers, so if you have a special request for assembly or delivery, please just contact us!

ATTENTION! If the delivery is not possible, (door too small, no approach to the house possible, customer despite notification not present, etc..) we must charge the cost of a new delivery! These are as a minimum flat rate in Switzerland CHF 120, or the amount of the actual costs incurred.
