Basics:
- Your insurance company determines the insurance value as well as your premium amount individually, the values given below are to be understood as guidelines.
- The higher the security level, the more robust the safe walls are and the more resistant the safe is to forced opening.
- The installed safe locks must be suitable for the respective security level of the safe.
- For insurance, in general, the higher the security level, the lower the insurance premium.
- If necessary, it is best to clarify the details with your insurance company prior to purchase.

SVV: The classification for safes up to 300kg is based on your weight only. Constructional conditions are not relevant. Armored safes are listed in two directories. The performance requires additional design specifications, which are officially assessed. In all classifications of the Swiss Insurance Association (SVV), no break-in tests are carried out.

Our tip:
As a result of the substantial increase in more professionally acting and equipped burglars we recommend safes only certified by VdS and ECB-S for the best possible safekeeping of your valuables . These products are tested according to strict guidelines and offer much better protection against forced opening than safes without a test certificate. As a rule, these safes also do not cost significantly more than untested ones, but the additional cost of purchase is definitely worth it.

Anchoring of the safe:
Insertion by trained specialist personnel. We strongly recommend that the safe be installed and anchored by trained professionals, as most safes without anchoring can simply be taken by burglars. Also, professional anchoring of the safe is required by many insurance companies. We carry out this work professionally and cost-effectively for you.
