The safe is checked by the institute VdS and therefore has the burglary protection in class 1 according to EN1143-1. This fire protection safe is an ideal allrounder in case of burglary and fire protection.
In addition to the security class the Format Lava protects your documents from fire up to 120 minutes. The corpus and the door are equipped with a special filling and the safe is tested for house fires in the fire protection laboratory of the producer. Therefore the Format Lava fire protection safe is perfect for storing paper documents.
As standard the Format Lava is equipped with a double mortise lock. Also, you have the option to get the safe with a mechanical combination lock. For more comfort we recommend getting the safe with one of the practical electronic locks: Spartan 1007, LG39-E or CB90. In this case you only have to use a code to open the safe.
